1. General information

These terms govern the contracting of the services offered by Sergio Cisneros Galea (Inspire Altea), NIF 48773636C, based at Plaza de la Iglesia, Altea la Vella, Alicante 03590.

2. Services and bookings

Experiences (yoga classes, Ayurvedic consultations and massages, hiking routes) are booked on request via the contact page or the indicated channels. The booking is confirmed once date, time and, where applicable, payment are agreed.

3. Prices

Prices shown are in euros and include applicable taxes. The owner may change them; the applicable price is the one in force at the time of booking.

4. Cancellations

If you need to cancel or reschedule a session, please let us know as far in advance as possible. Specific cancellation terms are agreed at the time of booking.

5. Health and liability

Physical activities involve certain risks. It is the client’s responsibility to disclose any relevant health condition. Participation is voluntary and at your own risk.

6. Governing law

These terms are governed by Spanish law. Any dispute shall be submitted to the competent courts as provided by law.
